Butler Place - Completed December 2025
Butler Place is a charming 1920 "Airplane" Craftsman Bungalow characterized by a smaller "pop up" second story that resembles a cockpit. With over 2200 sq. ft., the home has loads of character, quality craftsmanship, and natural light. I incorporated an modern Bohemian feel into the design to showcase the lovely features in the house. I kept the colors earthy and incorporated different wood tones to play up the beautiful hardwood floors, showcase the stunning beveled glass windows, and to create a relaxing environment. I added unexpected pops of color for visual interest. The end result was a stunning, comfortable, stylish home perfect for family get-togethers and relaxing vacation time. NW 54th Street
NW 54th Street is an 1181 sq. ft. home built in 1954. The house has been remodeled, but they retained charming features original to the home. The overall feel of the house was very feminine, so I wanted to keep the feminine qualities but also incorporate some masculine décor so that AirBnB guests of all kinds would feel comfortable and enjoy the home. I went for an "upscale" feel and a color palette that would play up the 1950s features and work with existing furniture provided by the client. This project is estimated to be complete by the middle of February 2026.

Access Oklahoma Rentals offers extremely competitive prices. We can work with existing furnishings or do a complete design from top to bottom.

Each Additional Bedroom - $250
Each Additional Room (Family Room, Game Room, Etc.) - $250

Cost of furniture is separate and will be paid by client. Typical price range for a 1 bedroom apartment is approximately $3500 - $4000.
